OUR EXPERIENCE

AVIATION
 

We have experience of working in some of the busiest airports in the world including Heathrow, Gatwick, São Paulo in Brazil and Lima in Peru. Delivering five year strategic plans, developing and transforming PMO organisations and managing complex ORAT projects.

We have recently run workshops to enhance understanding of the requirements of working in an airport environment.

We have experience of working in the UK nuclear industry, both with operational and decommissioned plants. Developing and delivering transformational strategic plans and delivery programmes that reduce uncertainty through good use of cost benchmarking and sound risk management.
